I don't think so...
If by "triggered" you mean "made me Freak The Fuck Out", then I guess S3Ep11 of Supernatural ("Mystery Spot") kinda got to me the first time I watched it because of how scary (not horror-scary, just WTF scary) and repetitive it was- (one of my favorite eps now though heh-)and also the entirety of Attack on Titan, can i say that too?
